Village Grill - Great Falls

I highly recommend this restaurant! We were visiting Great Falls Park and finished our hike around lunchtime. Our car GPS directed us to Village Grill, just 8 minutes away, and we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. The pizza was fantastic and served hot. One member of our group ordered the gyro wrap and raved about the freshness of the ingredients. I really enjoyed the apple salad, which came with tasty grilled chicken. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was clean, with outdoor seating available. I will definitely return when I come back to the area with my grandchildren.

The staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent. They also offer delivery, which is a nice bonus.

At the end of our meal, the waitress seemed a bit sarcastic when she asked if I was the only one wanting a water refill—keep in mind it was 100 degrees outside. Communication was also an issue; the waitress appeared to have limited English skills, and I had to repeat my order several times. Even after pointing at the menu, she still misunderstood and repeated my order incorrectly, so I was worried I'd get the wrong dish. Fortunately, it turned out to be correct. We had to wave to the waitress a couple of times to get her attention, as she didn’t seem attentive to our table. Considering how small the restaurant is, even if it had been full, managing the tables shouldn’t have been that difficult. On a positive note, I tried the Shawarma Greek salad and it was fantastic. My friends enjoyed their meals as well. However, due to the poor service, I wouldn't want to return. The outdoor seating area has only four tables, but it is covered, providing some nice shade.
