McDonald's - McDrive - Graz

No system at the MC Cafe.... Waited 30 minutes for the cafe, I understand that a lot of people were employed but that people who ordered after me got their coffees before me no, I don't understand the system. After 30 minutes I asked I only got a cheeky answer. Was in the MC Cafe twice but unfriendly conditions each time, reason enough for me not to come back. I know you don't depend on me but I don't depend on you either! For some employees, politeness training wouldn't hurt. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Stay away from this McDonald's. I charged there at Smartrics in May and now at the beginning of August I received a warning from Park Control that I had exceeded the permitted parking time in the McDonald's parking lot. If the two-week deadline had overlapped with my vacation, the claim of almost 100 euros would have gone to a debt collection agency. You couldn't reach anyone at Park Control by phone...even though you were there every day from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.... After proof of charging via email, the claim was canceled...that smells like a rip-off and McDonald's tolerates it...

Dear Team! My friend and I were at your place last night and got something from McDrive. We then decided not to continue driving straight away but to stop briefly at the parking lot. There we noticed that the drink we had ordered and paid for had been forgotten. But since we didn 't take a bill with us from the counter and were in the middle of eating, we didn 't want to go over and insist on our drink. Less than 2 minutes later, the McDrive employee who handed us our order through the window came to our car with the drink! He said he seemed to have forgotten and apologized. We were really happy that he actually made the effort to search the parking lot to see if we were still there. It could have been a good thing that we would have continued straight away. We would like to thank the nice employee from yesterday evening again and hope that this feedback will also be passed on to his team leader. We know that something like a drink obviously doesn 't have a particularly high 'value ', but that makes it all the more commendable that your employee made the effort. LG Food: 4 Service: 5

Bin beeindruckt. Bin es nicht gewohnt von Mitarbeiter von MC Donalds so freundlich behandelt zu werden. Nicht wie in anderen Filialen. Sehr freundlicher vor allem kinderfreundlicher Service wo die Mitarbeiter auch fähig sind zu Grüßen und sich zu verabschieden. Deswegen 5 Sterne.

Klein aber fein besticht dieser McDonalds durch die ruhige angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir saßen im McCafe und genossen Capuccino, großen Braunen, Topfentorte und ein Croissant. Die Mehlspeisen schmeckten sehr gut, der Kaffee schmeckte unerwartet ausgezeichnet. Weiter so!
