We ordered 2 catfish plates. When I got home with them I discovered that there were 3 strips of fish(that were soggy and without flavor) some fries that were not awesome but definitely the best part of the meal. Not a mention of ketchup, tarter sauce, cocktail sauce or anything like a condiment. No hush puppies or anything but those 2 plates were 30 bucks and those kids working were more concerned about their phones than they were about their customers. Rolling through from Houston TX to Monroe LA, stopped and had a bite warm welcoming, sat outside on park bench to enjoy there Louisiana fare, due to the fact we had our furry son with us. When food was ready it was brought outside, and we enjoyed it for our first time there. Will definitely be back if headed that way again, Diamond in the Rough. Also saw a lot of locals partake in the scrumptious cajun cuisine.
