I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! A regular at Sammies recommended it, and I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. They helped me choose a delicious beef sandwich and a gyro. I highly recommend giving this place a try! Also, if possible, pay with cash to help this small business avoid the 3% fee associated with card payments.

The food here is quite enjoyable; the beef and gyros are excellent. The burgers, however, are a bit off—I can't quite put my finger on it, but they could be improved. The prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly, so I'm happy to see them extending their hours. I have encountered some issues with order accuracy recently, so I recommend checking your order before leaving. Despite that, I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer.

I visited this Sammies location after I started taking classes at CLC, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, personable, and highly skilled, ensuring that your food is prepared quickly and consistently—so much so that it puts my own burgers to shame. If you want a burger that will leave a lasting impression, this is definitely the place to go.

Had the Chicago Dog. This is the classic hot dog place.

Ordered a gyro sandwich with fries. Sandwich was huge. The fries are huge too. Everything tasted very good. I would definitely go back here over and over.
