The New Monsoon - Grays Thurrock

This is the best Chinese food I have ever had. The dishes are not too salty or greasy. The Chow mains, spring rolls, and soups are all great. The portion sizes are decent, so you won't overeat. This is now our go-to Chinese restaurant.

This was my first time trying this restaurant and I was incredibly impressed! If you're looking for authentic Chinese cuisine, this is the place to go. All the dishes are classic and taste delicious, with none of them being overly greasy. The crispy bark with ginger and scallions was a standout dish. I would give this restaurant 5 stars, but unfortunately, they gave us chicken chow mein instead of beef chow mein as we ordered.
