Natasha was incredibly friendly, warm, professional, and helpful. I wanted to pray in the prayer room by the sea, and before that, I needed to perform a cleansing ritual, which can sometimes cause splashes and odd looks in standard toilets. Natasha was very courteous and allowed me to use a mop after I was finished in the private restroom. That gesture meant a lot to me. She also reheated my partner's green tea and made a fantastic hot chocolate. Natasha's helpfulness is a significant asset to her team. Their exceptional customer service and friendly demeanor make me eager to return. She is a lovely person, and I left with a sense of happiness from such a pleasant experience. Many thanks to Natasha and her wonderful team, who were also friendly and recognized me.

What a wonderful and welcoming place! The staff are fantastic and incredibly helpful. The takeaway food was hot, and our hot chocolate drinks were simply perfect. I've been to several Costa Coffee shops, but this one, located by the lakeside, is the best of them all. I would definitely recommend it for both dining in and takeaway.
