Be weary of ordering through the app at this location. Two days ago, I placed an order to-go on the app, 2 sandwiches, used a coupon code to get one free. Sent my husband to pick it up. Ordinary. He gets to the store 20 minutes later, they tell him they have not received anything. We prove to them we ordered through the app by *showing* them the ~order in progress~ screen on the app, with the correct location selected and it saying my order number. Then he showed them the email confirmation and payment approval number after they asked for it, all for them to tell him there's nothing they can do and to reorder it and pay more money if we want the meal. We said no thanks. Fast forward 2 days later, I still haven't received a refund, in fact the charge went all the way through. Also, no phone call from the manager that I was told I would receive. Luckily I'm smart enough in 2023 to use Paypal as my payment, so I called Paypal and they are handling it for me, and are refunding me. The service sucks here. I totally experienced what Mark Davis went through. There is an employee there who has her boyfriend hang out in the lobby all the time. They bicker and argue while she's making someone's sandwich and I have to wear noise canceling headphones just to shut them off. It makes you wonder why the lobby is always empty except for with these two annoying people. Zero customer service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Best Subs and bread in town. The multi grain bread is yummy. The sub I got was #30 which was loaded with meat. The veggies were fresh and crisp. I love the girls that work here. They are friendly and efficient and loaded my sub sooooo much that I needed a fork to eat the escaping veggies that landed on the paper wrap. Meat and lots of veggies. I definitely got my serving of veggies in for the day!! Bathroom was spotless! Best place in Gravette to have lunch! The restaurant itself is good the staffing is absolutely horrible very rude and love waisting your time
