Contribuiți la feedbackDue to work commitments I have unfortunately visited Burger King in Gravesend Kent a number of times. Like most BK restaurants it’s a franchise outlet. The thing that lets this restaurant down is the staff. They seem to have no idea, I could bang on about good customer service to retain customers, to have customers return to your restaurant. But not this one. I have recently challenged staff concerning BK own policy. They have no idea of it’s own products. It feels like take you money and if we get your order right well that’s a bonus. BK smell the roses, your losing customers, but most of all your losing money. As for Gravesend Kent, people don’t bother. Terrible service, orders wrong!!!!
I recently visited this restaurant to pick up a takeaway order. Upon arrival, I noticed markings on the floor indicating where customers should stand. I followed these markings as did the other patrons in line ahead of me. However, when the person in front of me moved to a different marking, I inadvertently took her place. When it was her turn to be served, I moved to the marking she had vacated near the right side door. At that point, I was rudely told by an assistant named starting with A and ending with T to move back to my original spot, despite others before me also standing in the same spot. When I questioned this inconsistency, I was embarrassed as other customers in line watched. I felt unfairly singled out and felt compelled to bring up the possibility of discrimination. This experience marred what should have been a pleasant outing after months of staying at home. I have video evidence of the incident and suggest that the staff be trained to handle such situations with more professionalism.
The staff at this restaurant were very rude and seemed to lack basic qualifications. We ordered food for five people, but the manager repeatedly got our order wrong. Each time we tried to correct them, the manager gave us attitude and insisted that we hadn't ordered it correctly, even though we had clearly communicated our choices multiple times. Additionally, when our hot drinks were brought to us, the lids were not secured properly, causing the drinks to spill all over us and our food. When we complained about the issue, the manager simply repackaged the wet food without offering to prepare it again. This experience was absolutely terrible and I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It was the worst dining experience I have ever had and the manager should be fired.
The staff at the restaurant were very impolite. When I asked for a coke, they responded rudely when I inquired if they were making it. The woman replied very impolitely, saying that I hadn't actually asked for a coke.
I will never ever go into a burger king again after this . A veteran who served 22 years in the army being refused in burger king gravesend by a Muslim assistant because he was wearing a help for heroes hoodie.
