Contribuiți la feedbackSpecifically regarding the Gravenhurst Wharf Boston Pizza.Tried the location, we won't go back nor recommend. Our server was kind but forgot about us for the remainder of our meal. We ordered a nacho ground beef platter and the beef was LITERALLY in huge chucks still solid frozen throughout. We would have addressed it with our waitress but she never returned. Out of nowhere, we had another man approach us with the bill and payment machine. We explained why we DIDN'T eat our meal, he advised us that has heard others remark the same and continued to give us the bill. We really should have asked for a manager to resolve but we wanted to leave. Side note, do not order the French onion soup, terrible recipe and adding cheap powdered parmesan as the cheese topper was gross.
Great staff that are helpful in so many areas and just a great view of the lake.
My wife and I stopped in for supper. We ordered fried dill pickle wedges (11$ French onion soup 10$, nachos with ground beef 23$The french onion soup had hardly anything in it. Usually made with white wine, you couldn't taste it. Hardly any cheese. The nachos were really bland, ground beef came out cold, tasted like it was previously frozen. Taste was off. Very poor recipe. Even the waiter shamelessly admitted that he wasnt surprised and not a fan yet still kept it on the bill. Absolutely will not be back.
Expensive but the garlic bread and steak with potatoes and gravy was really good.Curtis was amazing, friendly at getting us seated, and served us lunch.Do not recommend the coleslaw.Thank you!Parking: Easy-to-use.
This is a wonderful location in Gravenhurst. Right next to the water, with a great view. It's a pretty spacious restaurant which has a nice patio for warm weather days. The menu is nice and has some nice options to choose from. The servers are great and can help you choose the dish that suits your taste. Highly recommended.
