Hooked On Kouklas - Gravelly Beach

Stopped into what was a fish and chips/Greek eatery. Really friendly staff and excellent food. Will definitely be back.

Close to Launceston, there is no Greek Restaurants so we love to go to this spot. Great view and great Greek food. Just one issue though. Moussaka is a meat dish and it was kept in a show case instead of a fridge. We chose the mixed platter as love to try all the tastes, but hubby had some issues with tummy later that night. I cannot confirm that it was the meat dish, but he had nothing more to eat at all. Perhaps an issue, but not sure if we will return.

Beautiful place... Nice location.. And with the coffee you get a refreshing view...

Whenever we visit family in Launceston we love to come down to Gravelly Beach and enjoy the fantastic food great coffee at Kouklas. Highly recommended

Hooked on Kouklas has closed down, and Singapore Bakery Cafe has taken its place. The new café is rapidly gaining popularity among locals.
