Watershed At The Owl - Grass Valley

Great food, wonderful waitress, I think her name was Robin. I got the pulled pork my husband got the eggplant sandwich. Yummy

Such an amazing experience. This is the perfect place to replace the Owl and a great addition to the Grass Valley. The food is comfortable, but so exciting and new and I love the family idea for it. The aromas are on point and the atmosphere is perfect. Very recommended!

I enjoyed my entire culinary experience with Watershed in Owl. Ambience of a stand in low lit bar with old world swag had totally relaxed me. The food was served hot and fresh. Breads and salads were delicious. Oysters in the half dish were particularly fresh and crisp with taste. The staff was friendly and not overloaded while relaxing over the kitchen.

Our party shared some of the offers of the new menu that just last night when we were there. The Pea Shoot Salad was the best salad I had in a very long time. The Roasted Peach Farro salad was also delicious. My niece had the meatball, it was very good. Then we had the Crispy Prawns with Grits. The Prawns were great, but the grottos were not to our pleasure.(personal preference) OH, and the Lavendar cake was wonderful! Overall, dinner was a hit in our book. Make sure you try the new menu. We cannot wait to try the other offers. We really enjoyed our dinner.

We visited this incredible restaurant during a cross-country trip. Wow! The creative menu, local ingredients and food, excellent presentation and excellent service made this a culinary experience that we will remember for a long time! Beautiful environment makes it even better!
