Sonic Drive-in - Grapevine

The server who attended to me was incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.

I requested a replacement, and they promptly brought out a new order. These were fresher, but still not cooked long enough. At that point, I was feeling frustrated and decided I wouldn’t return. It’s disappointing to see this happening more frequently at Sonics.

This restaurant certainly offers a unique experience, but unfortunately, it's not a positive one. When you place an order through the app, your food seems to sit there indefinitely, collecting dust and getting cold, no matter how many times you press the button to notify them of your arrival. To make matters worse, I've never had a single order come out correctly! They've either forgotten something or messed it up in some way. It's hard to fathom why they struggle with getting orders right, but it seems quite challenging for them. After my last terrible experience, I've decided that I won't be returning.

Fast service, clean areas with garbage regularly removed, and typical Sonic foods. This is a good place to stop for a quick bite. Food: 5/5

I’ve always lived in Grapevine so I’ve visited this Sonic many times. It has always been great. Today I was driving on Northwest Highway when my muscle paralysis kicked in and I could no longer drive safely. I got into one of their spots and the manager, Jessica immediately did everything she could to help me And sat with me until the cramping in my arms legs and hands went away. While feeding me bananas and water. I know this isnt what you guys do on a day to day basis, but it went WAY beyond her job requirements. She really did such a great job just in helping with a crisis, and I need Sonic to know how much I appreciate her. I hope you guys are able to find more people with character like this.
