Little Caesars Pizza - Grapevine

Look You little Caesars all I want to know is what politics is hot and ready because they are usually hot but never ready

We often visit this place of Little Caesars. Even in inflation price increases, it is still a bargain. 99% of the time the pizza is great, my only complaint is that they never have the classic pepperoni pizza ready, just the?extra best? for an additional dollar.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The first time I ordered, everything went smoothly and the pizza was ready on time. However, the second time was a different story. I ordered 9 pizzas at 12:05 to be picked up at 12:45. Despite waiting outside the store at 12:45 for the notification that my pizzas were ready, I did not receive any updates. After waiting for a while, I decided to go inside at 1:00 and found my pizzas sitting on a table in the back. I checked the order and discovered that I had already picked up the pizzas myself. The notifications came late, showing I received the first one at 1:08 and the second at 1:14. Not only were the pizzas not ready on time, but the staff also failed to notice that I had already taken them.

Customer service here is just terrible! Every time I go to this place, they feel like I'm disturbing them for the order. Today I went the woman there was very rude (as expected) but could not even be harassed by putting my change into my extended hand, she put it on the counter. Okay, but that's why I'm not writing this. The woman went on to keep the cooler, practically runs past me while I did. Wrong. The next time she comes around the counter to store more, she literally walked so close to me, she woke my shirt cover, thought you had moved me for her. I thought it was just me, but another lady came to her just like that. Oh, but instead of the change on the counter it was practically thrown into the customer's hand, the change fell to the counter. You should learn how to treat people. Because I just stop going, maybe I find another place that's more friendly because Little Caesar's is my favorite pizza. #DoBetter

I don't know why I keep trying this place, but the deep dish pizza here is awful - it's not even fully cooked. The other two pizzas I ordered were just as bad. Don't waste your time and money here.
