Jack In The Box - Grapevine

Make sure to double-check that you receive all the items you ordered, as this restaurant has a tendency to forget. We opted for drive-thru dining and enjoyed the picturesque view from our car window. The location offers a complete panorama.

The salad on my tacos was slimy, tough, had a strange smell, and changed color. I couldn't eat them. I'm concerned about someone getting sick from spoiled ingredients.

The woman at the register was friendly, but she didn't listen to half of my order. The side door where they have to park (drive-thru side) was locked, so we had to drive around to the front. At first, we thought the restaurant was closed. They only gave me 1 ranch and 1 hot sauce for a box of mini tacos, 6 tacos, and a 5-piece nugget (which was supposed to be a 10-piece, but only had 5 in it, so I had to ask for some of my fries back). I requested water, but was charged for a soft drink instead. When I asked for more sauce, I was told I had to pay for them, which I found disappointing. I ended up buying 3 more. There were no sauce packets, just ketchup everywhere, and I got tired of waiting for them to bring me my sweet tea. I wanted a refill, but decided against it. The bathroom was also not up to standard, with toilet paper on the floor, urine on the toilet seat and around the base, and obvious missed spots when cleaning (such as corners and edges). Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Jack in the Box, especially considering the current COVID-19 situation.

Customer service was phenomenal on 03/23/22! the personal was so friendly when I had an app problem with my order, they worked to solve it and thanked me for my time! the food was fresh! 5/5 will be back to this place!

Worst jack n the box ever! Food is cold and refried! Do NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE! Also, everyone believes that the family that owns or runs this place lives inside the building. This business needs to be inspected! Never ever ordering from here again!!!!
