Fireside Pies - Grapevine

The Shrimp Alfredo was excellent. So good. I need to take a pie to go

I have been coming to Fireside Pies for years as well as bringing family and friends. I started going to the location in Plano, Legacy but have been coming here. I love the pizza and that sauce. I ordered a cocktail which was good and the alcohol ratio was not bad unlike some places that give you watered down beverages. The Margarita pizza this time around didn 't have the same flavor as usual though, either not enough of the tomato sauce or flavor. The Burrata pizza was ok. Staff was friendly but I didn 't like the fact that when the pizza comes out of the oven another staff member putting toppings on the pizza doesn 't wear gloves. I saw a vid of a popular social media personality that says everybody is so creative talk about someone preparing food and the stuff under the nails seasoning the food and that leaves a bad taste in my mouth bc the server got the basil with his nails that seemed to possibly have dirt under them. It 's just not a good look and to feel you spend money and can 't enjoy. I ended up praying about it being so hungry and threw in oven on high high heat but some pieces did not get eaten bc of the thought of eating finger nail dirt or hair from knuckles bc they knead dough also w/ bare hands.

Sooo good. I miss the fort worth location so I can't get it as often since this is far from me. Highly recommend burrata pizza

Awesome, one waiter was not attentive, maybe because they not like us but the 2nd waiter was awesome! Still love the pizza and drinks.

I would argue this is some of the best pizza in DFW. Wood fired and lots of menu options. The place is also never packed so you can usually sit right away. They have good drinks and wine options.
