Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

I went for lunch and was disappointed to find that the restaurant was empty and every table and the floor were dirty. I had to request a clean cloth to wipe my table and seat myself. Overall, it was a disgusting experience. The staff seemed to just loiter around and made no effort to clean the dirty premises.

The restaurant offers a large variety of milkshakes with numerous flavors to choose from. They also provide a selection of sugar-free options. The mini market has a wide range of ice cream flavors, including at least 5 sugar-free choices. The staff is friendly and patient, assisting customers in exploring all the available flavors.

I did not have a good experience at this restaurant. My food was delivered to me and my items were not brought out. The person behind me did not receive their food until after mine was brought out. I had to wait for my condiments separately. When I finally received my burger, most of the patties were broken and only half intact. The ketchup packets were stacked on top of each other in a rude and sloppy manner. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I hope that all Braum's locations are not going in this direction.

As a native oklahoman I have always been a fan of braums and was there a lot. Unfortunately, this last trip was terribly disappointing. in the drive through it was very little communication at the window that we essentially pulled up, had thrown the food and drinks out the window, and not a word said. there was also a person who looked as manager who stared at us with a disgusting look from the window. within hours of eating from burgers we found out we were not all that we ordered, we were both sick overnight. we will not visit this place again.

Ice cream was tasty and we also get few groceries like honey milk fruit s chips bread etc
