Hungry Jack's - Granville

I placed an online order through their website at 10:27 PM with a promised delivery time of 11:31 PM (see attached image). After waiting until 12:58 AM, nearly 2.5 hours later, my food still had not arrived. There was no contact number provided, and any attempts to reach out were met with automated messages. The following morning, I received a text stating that my order had been canceled. This experience was extremely unprofessional. I will not be ordering from Starving Jacket again.

This restaurant is the perfect spot to meet up with friends for a quick bite. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and the burgers are fresh and healthy.

I have always felt that Hungry Jack's slogan should be revised to reflect the fact that the burgers keep getting better and more satisfying with each bite.

Good food, long lines through personal cuts. Heart breaks to see young children work so hard. The ride thru had more than 10 cars waiting at any time, so decided to go in the restaurant only to register open and a child works very hard to move the lines. The kitchen was a mess and the dining room was a mess.

If you were going to have a burger, I would recommend the Bacon burger, tastes like a burger should. Staff were friendly, service was quick.
