I waited 40 minutes for them to prepare a simple meatball sub with just four meatballs on bread and some sauce. When I inquired about my order, I was told it might be ready soon. It doesn’t even go in the oven! Overall, it was a terrible experience for a $14 meatball sub. I’d rather wait in any other line than go through that again.

I informed the lady that my credit card had been processed, but she insisted it hadn't. When I later checked my transactions, I noticed I had been charged twice. This happened during my previous visit as well.

When you first opened, your pizza was outstanding. Unfortunately, your sauce now tastes like tomato pasta, and it seems like you're using low-quality mozzarella. Please bring back the quality we loved!
