Subway - Grants Pass

Great restaurant! They even have a drive-thru. The space is quite spacious for a Subway, featuring a nice dining area. The food was prepared well, and the service was excellent with friendly staff. The only drawback was that the tomatoes didn’t look very fresh, though I often find that to be the case at similar places. I’m particular about my tomatoes. Overall, it was still a good experience!

The staff did express some frustration (while wearing headsets) about customers not being able to come inside, saying things like, "Oh, why can't they come in?" However, this was balanced out by some of the best vegetable wraps I’ve ever tasted. The drive-thru is a nice feature, but if it’s causing difficulties, additional training might be necessary.

I took my granddaughter to the restaurant and ordered her a gluten-free sandwich for a small additional charge. I also got my sandwich just the way I like it. Everything was fresh and delicious!
