Once I got back to work with only 12 minutes left to eat, I opened the soup, which consisted of 16 ounces of broth but very little chicken. They also provided a separate container filled with tortilla strips, some shredded cheese, a small slice of avocado, and diced tomatoes and onions. While there was plenty of garnish, there wasn't much soup to enjoy. The chips tasted burnt, and the salsa was disappointing—it reminded me of Pace Picante sauce with a bit of fresh cilantro mixed in. I also had a hibiscus tea that tasted like Kool-Aid, which I believe cost me $4 for a 16-ounce cup. Overall, I was very disappointed. Eating out is already expensive, and I would have been better off making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich at home.

As a top 20% reviewer on Google, I felt compelled to share my experience at this usually busy restaurant. I ordered the chicken fajita burrito, which was massive! However, it unfortunately fell apart from the bottom, making it impossible to eat while driving. A burrito bowl might have been a better option in that scenario, but in the end, I had to discard it, which was disappointing given its price. The chips and salsa were mediocre at best. There’s definitely room for improvement, but I do appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru. I might give it another shot and update my review!

I visited this drive-thru and ordered a side of rice and beans along with my tacos. Unfortunately, the staff member taking my order was incredibly rude, impatient, and kept interrupting me. When I received my order, I was disappointed to find that there were no rice and beans included. I returned to the window, where there was now a long line of cars, and she ungraciously denied that I had ordered them. Instead of offering to let me purchase them after her mistake, she simply sent me away. By the time I finally got to eat my food, it was cold. I will not be returning to this location, and I believe that staff member needs to be addressed about her behavior.
