Catalyst Pizza Co. - Grants Pass

Yesterday, I placed an online order and the app estimated a 33-minute wait. I arrived with plenty of time, expecting my food to be ready. However, when I reached the restaurant after 30 minutes, the app updated to say it would take another 38 minutes! Had I known it would take more than an hour, I wouldn't have ordered at all. To make matters worse, my pizza was not hot. It seemed to have been sitting in the box for too long while I waited for that extra time instead of picking it up promptly. The pizza was disappointing—its crust was soggy from sitting out for over 30 minutes and, quite frankly, it looked quite unappetizing.

This is the best pizza I've ever tasted! It's incredibly delicious and perfectly made. Absolutely exceptional! I know I'll be a loyal customer for life.

The 16-inch garden pizza was fantastic! I only wish they had provided paper plates and napkins. The next time I'm in Grants Pass, I will definitely order from Catalyst again.
