Arby's - Grants Pass

Saw a commercial for a sandwich. I wanted it. Downloaded the app got the sandwich at half price . Drove there to pick it up and the app was not sending it to the restaurant. I didn't get my sandwich. Then there was an employee that was off the clock and looked like they were tweaking offered to argue with my wife about how it was not their fault. I don't like tweekers.

Finally dining room is open! Very friendly staff...was overly exciting today...horrible rude couple...police had to come!

What a wonderful and kind manager!! We were confused but he made it right and was very nice. Kudos to him!!!!

Nothing is fast here, they always make you drive to the front and then bring it out to you.

The worst turkey sandwich ever! Drive thru made us park when no one was behind us! Curly fries were so greasy it ate through the bag! The worst place at a cost of $25.00. There was more mayo than there was turkey. The lettuce was discolored. Horrible food.ok so the owner reached out but I do not give out personal information. Talked to Jason he will only refund me 1/2 the amount with receipt which I have. Told him not cool but he wanted the food back for a full refund. Already tossed it out…so if the owner wants to do right tell Jason to give full refund …thank you got a full refund…
