Mcdonald's - Granite City

At first my girlfriend and I went in to the store to use the restroom, when a nice elderly lady unlocked it for us because after standing in the lobby for 10 minutes with me service as people passed by. The bathrooms were disgusting!!! Horrible smell. Then after that we went back to the lobby tried to order food, again standing there for about another 10 minutes when people passed by and no one provided service. So we went through the drive thru, when they rang our order up wrong, argued with us about it and over a large fry, when the young man in the window had a very bad attitude and slammed the window. Very gross and unprofessional place!!!

I asked for a double fish meal with the tartar sauce on the side. Why did I get my sandwich with tartar sauce on it and a container with tartar sauce in it? The fish was dry all around the edges so I had to dip it in the extra tartar sauce to get some moisture in it.

I couldn 't make my own drink because they make it behind the counter, I 'm fine with that, but I asked the employee to add a splash of Fanta Orange ? soda to my Hi-Ci ? she rolled her ?️?️ 's at me, she didn 't do it so I let that go. I asked for my Fish filet meal to be cooked to order, fries were cold so I asked for Hot ?,from another employee which so had no problem she didn 't take the cold ? 's kudos to her?? is she was my race.

Had to give 5 stars because the cookies I ordered are super fresh out of the oven.. Sweet tea just delightful. Plus the customer service was top tier!

The manager was cool prompt and guick.A customer had a complaint and he solved it quickly and he kept serving the people. Great job, bro!!! I didn't see your name badge. ? He deserves some type of compensation.Parking: Maybe 50 spots
