To make matters worse, the burritos were crammed at the bottom of the bag, with the 2 medium potato oles and 1 small one piled on top, squishing everything further. The burritos were so small compared to last year’s visit; they seemed to be about a quarter of the size. We travel through here every year and always make it a point to stop, but after this experience, we might just skip it next time. My son ordered a chicken burrito (number 6, I believe) and his turned out fine, so maybe it was just the girl who was working that made his?

I stopped by for breakfast, and while the coffee and side potato hash browns were good, the breakfast burrito was a huge disappointment! It didn’t taste like real eggs at all; it was reminiscent of the freeze-dried eggs you’d find in a camping meal. Next time, I think I’ll just grab a pastry and coffee from a gas station instead.

Whenever we drive from California to Idaho, we always make it a point to stop at Taco John's and visit the convenience store. They consistently have fantastic sales, and the food at Taco John's is always delicious, accompanied by friendly service.

Just wanted a quick bite to eat and nothing was open since it was a holiday except here. The servers were okay and somewhat friendly. We ordered the food. After we got our food, we ordered one more side item. I watched the one server with gloves on handle money from our second order then go back and start making food for someone else with the same gloves she handled money with! She didn't change her gloves. Big health no no. That's the first thing you learn with a food handlers license. Need to train your people better. Will not be back.

I had a pretty good experience at the restaurant. It was quite busy, which led to a longer wait than I expected. However, the staff was, as always, professional and provided excellent service. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
