Deans Barbecue And Restaurant - Granger

I had my first visit to this restaurant last week and had a good experience. The place has a lot of potential. The service was excellent and very friendly. The menu is small, but they focus on doing a few dishes really well, which is a smart approach. The portions were not huge, but they were good for the price. They have a small bar with a well-curated selection of local craft beer. They also have some interesting "chalkboard" specials that I would recommend trying. The food was a bit of a mixed bag. Some dishes were excellent and flavorful, like the moist brisket. The sauces were good and homemade. However, some desserts were just okay and the fries were a bit limp and cold. The restaurant is quite small with limited seating. Overall, we will definitely be back to see how things progress.

During my week in Memphis last month, I ate BBQ every day and yours was the best I've ever had. My family has been eating BBQ from our farm for decades, but the experience at your restaurant with the pork chops was truly magical. I am proud to visit every week. Thank you.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and I just had to come back. The lunch specials are excellent, especially the BBQ sandwich and fries. I plan to return soon to try out their drinks and dinner menu, as they seem to have a wide variety of beers and cocktails. I highly recommend giving this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

I happened to grow up about 5 minutes from here, and in all the time I lived in Granger I can’t remember a great, specialty barbecue place such as Dean’s.I wish them all the best and can’t wait to get an aggressive carry out order on summer Friday afternoons on the way up to the lake!
