Extremely poor and rude service. I've managed a busy city centre restaurant before and was in the industry for years- the manager needs training on customer service asap, and the place a very good, deep clean. I'd give zero stars for this place if I could. Pretty much got told we were liars and got our ice slammed on our table when we told him our drinks were warm and flat after returning the first round of warm and flat drinks! Decided to leave as didn't want to know what a catastrophe the food would be. Don't think he cares that the restaurant sits empty and dirty. Very low lighting isn't going to help the food-stained walls and greasy menus. Should've listened to the reviews.They really show how a business handles problems, and this manager clearly doesn't know how to handle a simple problem. This place is absolutely awful. We ordered coke which arrived warm and flat. When we mentioned this their solution was to give us some ice instead of taking it back. When we mentioned that this was not sufficient the manager said the coke was not flat and was extremely rude. At this point we decided to leave and the manager did not even apologise. They obviously do not care about business and will surely close down soon due to lack of business. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent service by the two young chaps. The choice of food was very good and well cooked and presented. Cobra drink was on tap and nice after long day cycling. Very reasonable prices. I was impressed that they asked if I wanted to have a pause before I had my mains.

The food was OK but the place is pretty dirty with tired decor

Ordered takeaway and whilst the food was varied and tasty, there wasn't much meat in the dishes. Got a prawn dish and there were literally 5 prawns in it. Would have expected more especially as this isn't the cheapest of takeaways...
