Texas Roadhouse - Grandville

Just left. Got on waiting list with a 5-15 minute wait, texted Here, they texted back to stay close they will text us. Waited 20 min, never received a text, went in and my husband asked what was going on, they said they moved us to the back of the list. They said we didn't respond back, he said yes we did and they look and saw we did respond, that was all they said. While we were waiting, there were other people this happened to as well. Very disappointed to have waited, then to be moved to the back of the list without even being notified just left to sit there waiting for who knows how long.

The most positive part of the experience was the three young ladies (employees)who wished me a nice evening as I left. The food was undercooked. When I asked to have it cooked more it came back too cooked, even burned on one corner. The waiter was certainly friendly enough, but he mixed up my food with my wife's. To be fair, I have visited this place and it usually has exceptional good food and service. Maybe they were just having a bad night.
