Mozzarella are my favorite but 80% of time they are missing part of ingredients. Still hopeful each time it will be right.
The staff was friendly to the regulars, I am not and could tell. My sandwich was not put in when it should and I had to wait a bit for my drink because they were busy and even longer because they didn’t put my sandwich in when they should have.
Not at good experience. There were two employees working but only one was making drinks and she seemed to struggle. The other man was taking orders but he struggled with his task. He Forgot to take my name at the point of sale, and didn’t know what a Misto was. The man stood around and was very unhelpful to his coworker. The orders came out in random order took a very long time. My Misto was definitely not a Misto. They need more training. They were kind but they need more experienced people working with those who have less experience. The Manager needs to be more mindful of holiday staffing.
I paid $7 for a cup of sugar. The coffee they gave me was half warm, half cold and had so much syrup in it that it was sickening. The ladies in there allow the customers to lean over the counter and whisper things while people where in line and even making fun of the customers because they used a plasma card to pay. No matter how someone pays as long as they pay should never be an issue. The worst experience I have ever had at a coffee shop with an expensive consequence. This place made me feel like everyone that was there had there nose turned up. Never again. I would put zero stars if I could.
