Panera Bread - Grandville

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant for lunch! The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I practically sat down as soon as I arrived. It was my first time at Panera Bread, and Josie, the young lady behind the counter, offered some great recommendations. She was very patient and had a lovely smile. I will definitely be returning to this place. Highly recommended!

The Panera Bread in Rivertown Mall is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and they go above and beyond to ensure you're happy, even taking the time to chat with you about your day. I especially appreciate DJ, the manager. Whenever I visit and I'm not feeling well, she offers great suggestions for feeling better and reminds me to get plenty of rest and stay hydrated!

This Panera bread serves everything you expect to find in a Panera outside a shopping mall. They have seating in their store and outside in the mall. The staff was very helpful when I wondered about the options and blows on some sandwiches. I will be back my experience there was great!

I absolutely love this restaurant! They offer an extensive menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their soup is amazing, and they serve fantastic sandwiches as well. If you have a Panera card, you can sometimes get discounts based on your frequency of visits. I must say, the quality of the food is impressive, with most dishes being excellent.

I come to this panera all the time- always great service and quality ! A perfect example of the amazing service: I accidentally ordered panera carry out online to a cafe on the opposite side of town. Tina was able to switch my order so fast and easily . I felt so terrible for creating a complicated order. Her and her team were so kind and accommodating from start to finish and had my order ready within minutes for me! Thanks Tina! I truly appreciate everything !
