Sympathique pour un repas en famille. Choix dans les plats dans l'ensemble correct. Restauration en grande quantité pas spécialement de grande qualité ni visuelle.

La nourriture est très diversifiée et de bonne qualité. Eviter tout simplement les jours ou heures de haute affluence car l'attente est assez longue

Will go again and again recommended service and food. the steak was cooked to order and good quality . drinks the only setbacks as you are given a token for coffee machine ,alternative a small bottle of good wine ,

It was a disappointing experience for us that has gone to Flunch for a few years. We often supported this restaurant chain when we were on holiday in France. Our family enjoys the variety of different dishes available and it is so much better than McDonalds/KFC chain. We visited this restaurant a few times this week and the bad service was the same. It was understated so that people who cuddle for their food. The cook made the order of our children wrong. There was a delay in getting chips and potatoes Crockets. And the toilets were disgusting, stinking and dirty. This is a real concern for us if one of our daughters is deactivated and the medical procedure she has to do carries a risk of infection if the toilets are not clean. So instead we had to use the toilets in the supermarket. We often saw Flunch as a good experience of French cuisine, which is value for money, provides healthy hot meals and the whole family can eat together. But the service and cleanliness standard has steadily declined in recent years. I hope that the management of this feedback will take note and change things around so that Flunch can continue to be one of our favorite restaurants.
