A very welcoming boss and waitress. An exceptional meal. Never eat such meat for 15 years

Great atmosphere, very warm, family, and very well eaten. It is not served at the plate, for example, potato bites or gratin are served in dishes! The boss is very nice, the frame is very pretty.

In a small hamlet of Grande Rivière is a veritable jewel for bovine meat lovers. Intrigued by the sign and the farm-owned establishment, we went to dinner. Welcomed very pleasantly, the waitress has installed us in the restaurant room (a room enfilade on the beautiful stone floor and walls revetused of sawn wood, furnished with two large tâbles of 'hotes and some standing eaters. The hotel offers a unique all-inclusive formula: salad with homemade terrines and rillettes or local paté-croute, faux-filet or entrecôte with a tasteful and widely served bite sauce with very good fries, raw cheese and handmade ice creams. In addition, the coffee is included as well as a selection of wines (chardonnay jurassien, rosé, ribs of the rhone and bordeaux left at discretion on the table. The boss Dédé makes the tour of the customers and ensures the quality of his kitchen as much as the quantity (the amateurs will be offered a second piece of meat! . Far from the amputated and obsessive restaurants, we found here a simple and excellent quality kitchen and setting (the meat is in our opinion exceptional . This address joins illico our top 3 restaurants in the Jura and deserves next visits.
