Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I waited over 35 minutes for two chicken sandwiches. The food was okay, but it wasn't worth the cost or the long wait.

I recently ordered 8 pieces of spicy chicken, which I always get, and... We arrived home an hour away and my mom tried some, exclaiming "these are hot!" I also tried some and, wow, they were definitely spicy. I couldn't help but wonder if they were frying the ghost pepper wings in the same oil.

Even though I haven't dined at this restaurant yet, I frequently pick up my deliveries from here. I never have to wait long, as my order is usually ready. The staff at the restaurant are all wonderful - they always greet me with a smile and engage in friendly conversation. Thank you to everyone who works there for the great service.

The girl behind the counter screwed up my skip order and I had to drive there to get it myself. They knew I was coming to fix their screw up and I still waited 10 minutes for my food.Editing my review to add another issue on a separate order. I made an order and the screwed it up so bad that Skip the dishes ended up refunding me $33 for the food they just right out forgot to put in my order.Avoid this place at all costs they're still terrible.

Now, i like to think i am a popeyes connoisseur, i have been to this establishment several times, there is a lot of things wrong with this place, ill do a nice numbered list for everybody1- Long waiting timesi was sitting in that drive through for 20 minutes just for a 3 piece tender platter, i cant imagine that takes 20 minutes to make.2- Poor breading qualitynow i cant really describe it, but the chicken is breaded terribly, there is those weird areas of the chicken where the breading isnt crispy and its just absolutely disgusting and it kinda ruins it for me3- sub par servicethe employees arent exactly nice, but they arent rude either. im not expecting them to be super nice, but i want a little bit of friendliness during my stayNow that i have gone over the negatives, i can tell you about the one positive, THE SIDES. i think im in love with the cajun mashed potatoes, they have the perfect creaminess and the gravy really just compliments the already good potatos. the only other sides i have had are the fries and the beans, no complaints about them eitherIn Conclusion, popeyes is not my number 1 choice for chicken in gp, if you want chicken just go to mary browns. problem is, mary browns is halfway across town from popeyes. but oh wellParking: About 5 or 6 spots infront of the storeKid-friendliness: they got a kids menu.
