Laurels Peace Country Preserves

If you are near downtown & walking but if you are driving you need to find parking on the street, lots of tables, basically you help yourself to soup, sandwiches, dessert & beverage then make your way to the cash register, soups are usually hot & tasty, sandwiches are fresh & filling, be prepared to open your wallet, they are not giving it away, nice home style restaurant, friendly service...

It is self serve but worth the effort and not at all wheelchair accessible. The soup, sandwich and butter tart I had very all very tasty. I would highly recommend this little gem.

Excellent winter or summer or in between! Loved the picked carrots and garlic! Wonderful Linda's with variety and great value!

Have had the opportunity to eat at Laurels only a few times but the food is consistently good each time. Friendly casual atmosphere, and reasonably priced food.

Laurels is a great please for Breakfast & Lunch, they have all home made food and pastries. They always have several soup & sandwich options at lunch, all their bread is homemade, Delicious!
