Imelda's Ecocina - Grand Sirenis

Imelda is wonderful, eating is delicious, staff / service super. sweet little place. authentic. great prices too. the best breakfast in akumal.

My wife and I ordered the black pee at imelda tonight and it was to die. we had pibil throughout the yucatan including merida and valladolit and other places around akumal and that takes the blue band. they make it in the authentic...fire pit species (other) and it has the smokey taste in addition to the ingenious taste of the sosse, and the owl tastes in her mouth. we are there in years something up and couldn't finish the big parts.

Akumal is very happy to have imeldas ecocina. you have never disappointed us, no matter what we order. she has a great staff. I was there for breakfast, lunch and Friday when served in dinner. its location outside the main tourist path is perfect for a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere from the mass. my only wish is that it would be open more than one night per week for dinner.

My family and I had a wonderful breakfast here! Everything was super fresh and so good!!! Loved everything from the French toast to the yogurt and fresh fruit plate, all great including the coffee! Wish I could have that for breakfast every day! Don't miss this hidden gem!

For this town, this restaurant has great prices since everything seems to be on the sky side, the food is guaranteed to be home made and tastes great, i recommend this place to anyone.
