Food was horrible and came out cold. One meal took over 30min to come out. Won't be back

Hostess was working her tail off. Only one on the floor. Our waiter appeared to be the only other worker . The entire one side of the restaurant had dirty plates on every table. The elderly hostess had to drag in another table from the back to make a place for a 5 person seating. As she finishes dragging it out a younger women from the back comes out and asks her if she needed any help. Hostess says no I 've got it now. Women who offered help took her painted on pants and returned to the back must have been the shift manager? Anyway we waited for our poor over worked waiter to bring us drinks and such and watch the ole hostess seat a group of five nasty street people in the seat next to us. Our food was served by a random younger guy with the speed of a slow minded sloth. Non verbal as well. He went back to the kitchen without picking up a table. We ordered the spinach dip and entree. Both were mediocre. The drinks had zero evidence of alcohol. One of the street people who had her back to us but her seat was touching our table, leans back with her filthy denim jacket arm and waves it over our food and my drink. Saying excuse me, excuse me, pointing her grubby hand over my drink, asking what was that . O shrugged and said I can 't remember the name. She does her act all over again and I told her I don 't remember it 's the first drink on the drink menu. She turned back around. The street people then had their order taken by the over worked waiter. The other couple sat down prior to them were still waiting. No water, no drinks. It was really a slow moving circus the witness. An older man came out and delivered something to another table and went back to the kitchen. A younger woman came out and went to one table, picked up two glasses and took them to the kitchen. Wow is all I can say about that. Dirty tables everywhere and picked up two glasses. Not a surprise when the couple who had been waiting even for water were them later served water. So I count MAnager, Hostess, Waiter, two food deliver people, lazy kitchen lady helper and most likely one cook. There were three tables being served when we were there. Then us and two more when we left. Six total. Manager needs to be fired. Hostess commended for having a decent attitude. Waiter being frazzled but doing okay. The three others, the food deliverers and the two glass lady send them down the road. Thinking you have six people on staff and you had 3 is a disservice to the ones who actually try to work and the rest of us trying to get a decent meal.

This review is for the MV Sports bar at the main entrance of the casino. We stopped in here for dinner while out celebrating a special night. We chose the prime rib and the French dip with soup sides. Both were a little on the fatty side but once cleaned up a little they were both good. The soups were just ok. Oddly, the fries that came with my dip were the highlight of the meal. They're a beer battered type fry and we're very good! We also ordered giant **** marys. They're packed with a meal of stuff on top. The down side, they pre make the skewers that have cheeses and veggies on them and they're very dried out and inedible. The cheese cubes were the equivalent of super balls. The pizza slices are cold with curdled cold cheese. The wings and other veggies, not on skewers, were edible and the **** Mary itself was good. For the extravagant price of these EVERYTHING should be able to be pulled apart and eaten. The restaurant itself is comfy with several TVs with the various games, or main sports event, playing. If you're looking for a great bar to hang out and watch sports I think this would be the place to be. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for good food.

Amy is awesome! Sit in her section if you can. She has a great personality, provides excellent service, great food suggestions is attentive, timely and friendly. Don't forget to tip her well. The food was great and with 6 in our group we had quite a variety. Tip: get the house fries with your sandwich, burger or entree. You won't regret it! If you're a sports fan you'll love this place. I went one Sunday in September with 5 friends who are huge NFL fans. This place has huge screens and every game you could imagine going all at once.

My husband can't stop talking about these nachos as soon as he finds out we're going to Oregon.
