It's nice to wonder from one shop to another to see the interesting items everyone has. During Christmas, the lights display is almost overwhelming, in a good way. The food is usually really good and the service is on point. They are known for their delicious 2 inch pork chop. Your flowerpot bread and strawberry butter are amazing and their dessert menu will skip your entree all together and go straight for the good stuff. The only drawback is the pricing, as some menu items and most articles are overpriced in stores. We recently bought strawberry butter and they calculated an excess of $14 for 12 ounces. Last time I tried the Tropical Piston and I wasn't a fan. The salsa didn't complicate the pork chop as much as I thought. The pork chop level is much better.
For the first time sat with the family. The homemade strawberry butter was a big hit. We loaded the Supreme Sampler, the potato chips, mozzarella sticks, fried pimples and chicken tongs. The sampler came with 3 cheese sticks, 1 chicken type and a ton of loaded potato chips and fried pimples. I had the 2 inch pork chop to drink with potatoes and green beans and a hotel California. It was all delicious and pork chop was juicy. My son got the children's meal chicken tenders and replaced the chips for frits, with a virgin frozen strawberry Daiquiri. My husband has Texas Steak with loaded potato and Coleslaw and sweet tea. My mother got the grilled salmon with asparagus and baked potato and a margarita on the rocks. My stepfather has the Welsfilets with potatoes and green beans and sweet tea. They serve bread in a flowerpot with regular butter and strawberry butter baked. You will receive 1 flowerpot bread for all 2 persons. The service was great drinks didn't run out and everyone enjoyed everything. I didn't care about the strawberry butter, and my husband wasn't a fan of the Koleslawin. To dessert my son got a hot fudge sun. And there is so much to do and see that we had no time to check everything.
Delicious food and a very friendly staff! The 2 inch pig stall was amazing. Don's chicken was on point too. The pages were like Grandma. My only problem was not to order the cheese sticks, because after I saw another table, I immediately regretted. We will definitely be back and not the feeling you could order everything that was not good.
First time in the area. A group of us drove about an hour and half to see the Christmas lights and enjoy the fine dining that many have told us about. It was wonderful how things were setup, many photo opportunities for our group. Needless to say, the food was a bit pricey but for the portions and everything it was well worth it. Try the pork chops, they’re seriously as good as everyone says they are. Also the flour pot bread was nice too as they provide strawberry butter too.
Life is easier if you make a reservation. We checked in and were seated on time. Sarah was friendly and attentive. Food was out of this world good. Bread cooked in a clay pot with regular and strawberry butter. Yum! Plan to stay awhile in order to finish the large portions. Well worth the trip.
