El Torito Asador - Grand Rapods

Ordered over phone 3 tortas and asked for extra limes, once picked up yes it was ready but cashier charged me wrong added an item that I did not order. Provided cash back but once I got back to work I did not have my limes and our torta bread was hard and meat dry and hardly had any meat. I’m sorry but this was my second time trying to give it a second chance but failed expectations again.

Great little hole in the wall with great food and bakery items.

We love this restaurant! My husband is hooked on their alambre tradicional, best alambre in town. Chips are amazing and always happy with whatever new item we decide to try. I believe it is family owned, at least I usually recognize familiar faces when I am there and the service is very friendly. Would be a game changer if they served alcohol.

The food is fine but the service is lacking. I placed a pick up order and I waited almost 20 minutes at the restaurant for my food. Yet two people walked in and ordered after I had been waiting for a few minutes and BOTH people got their orders before me. And my order was only 2 entrees and chips and salsa. Definitely not a good way to get customer loyalty. And apologizing saying you had many orders seems a little odd when walk-ins were served first.

This is one of our favorite places!! The chips are divine and the burritos are amazing!!
