Culver’s - Grand Rapods

Upon walking into Culver 's I hear the manager yell in front of all the guest at her employees, ya 'll we need complete order taking right Now I have to give this guy free food . At no giving time should a manager ever yell like that in front of the whole restaurant nor at her employees like that. I feel so bad for the employees, that right there I feel corporate should step in and investigate. Please advise

I waited 20 minutes in drive through. For cold food ?

I went through the drive through and asked an Oreo shake, the guy comes out with straight ice cream in a milkshake cup and a straw. How was I supposed to drink this? It was straight up solid ice cream. I had to go in and ask for a spoon to be able to eat my “milkshake.”

I wanted a burger not a mall Mayo sandwich. I called to let someone know.. he said give him a moment next thing I know the phone hung up I wanted to see if I would get a call back I never did so I called again got no answer...

Best butterburger with cheese. I normal will not eat a whole burger, but this was the best I have had.Kid-friendliness: Always a good place to take your kids or grandkids.
