Contribuiți la feedbackTony is the manager. was he absolute? graceful and friendly. they had computer problems while they had an order of 60 frosties and tony was so calm. he is a literal saint. the team there has just made her ding and they were just as amazing. they all deserve an increase (to the owner of the wendy’s). I really hope they take care of their team and treat them with so much respect. many thanks for such a great service.
Wendy 's has been on a triumphant comeback since the strawberry frosty was released. My friend and I have been great customers over the past couple of weeks, and in return we are greeted with the worst attitude I 've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. When my friend was ordering as he always does with his double stack plain she retorts with I 'm gettin to it. The tone of her voice was agitated as she closed out the order before I had said anything or before my friend had finished his order. As we then tell her there is more to the order she stops responding over the drive through mic. Seeing as she was agitated before I wondered if she was still taking our order. I asked a simple hello? And she responds with I 'm gettin there y 'all gotta be patient. To which I responded You did not respond when I was ordering and I was uncertain you were still there. We were completely cordial the entire encounter meanwhile she felt attacked by our order. To end it my friend even said have a good one which was accepted by a closed window. 1/10 experience.
Bad customer service, abrupt on the speaker and dismissive at the window. Looks like they put one piece of American cheese and walked it past the bacon station.
It is not a bad Wendy's. It just needed a little tidying up. Maybe we just missed a busy rush, but it seemed like the dining room. Was not as clean as it should be and the floor infront of the registers was sticky. My tennis shoes were sticking to the floor.
The absolutely love this location. The lady manager with the long dark braids, makes this location the best. No matter how busy they are she remembers her customers, gets you with an energetic "hello "and smile! Always gets my custom order perfect!UPDATE!!!!!The wonderful manager I wrote about is Alex! Thank you for all you do especially during a tike when your being overworked and under paid! You are appreciated! Give this girl a raise!
