Tgi Fridays Grand Rapids (kentwood)

Food was moderate and our order was wrong. Server could not properly treat the reward points of our Friday. This special Friday situation has been severely downhill in recent years.

The restaurant informed us at the arrival that “we do not use this app” so our reservation was essentially completely invalid. do not book this position open table, they wait almost an hour for a table.

We had a big room for 11 people. friendly staff was great.

We thought we needed one, but when we arrived, they were neither busy nor ready to put our group. So much for the time to make a reservation! It took forever to get drinks and food. And although the articles were pale, I wouldn't recommend that they go here against other restaurants in the area.

This place has gone way down hill! We sat for 10 minutes were passed by multiple servers including the one that eventually greeted us. Service is non-existent. Please close and stop wasting precious retail space
