Contribuiți la feedbackI love qdoba i eat here a couple times a month. i always get the 3 cheese nachos and today a worker up charged me for white rice. I get the same thing every-time and never once have i been up charged for a scoop of white rice. very unpleased with my home location i will now be traveling a greater distance where i?m not up charged for a scoop of white rice.
Avoid this place on Sunday afternoon. Normally it is fast, friendly and delicious. The team today was the opposite. Went in for lunch and had to wait for 15 minutes because the staff could not complete a large order. Two young men were working on the big order and the poor young girl was doing the entire front line and register by herself. The manager was rushing in the back to grill more chicken with her earbuds in. By the time I got to the front of the line the taller guy told the girl ?do these online orders before his? right in front of me. She started to apologize but by then it had been 20+ minutes and I needed to catch my bus, so I just left. No idea why he could not have apologized and served me and the others in the line before stopping everything for the handful of online orders. I am sure the manager had no clue what was happening. I felt bad for the young girl being bossed around by the tall guy and doing everything alone. Beware.
The mens room is at the absolute worst shape. I bet it is not cleaned for weeks . The folks charged me for queso when they scraped the bowl and gave me the last of it when asked to check at the back, they came up with a new bowl of it . So not fair. Not coming back to this untidy place.
My father wanted me to post about his experience from today. The following is what he wrote. So, I go into the Qdoba at the E Beltline NE location, I got ready to pay and the Manager asked did I want to use my free queso and chips rewards? I said yes. I noticed what I had ordered was higher then I expected, so I ask for my receipt. The manager looked at the receipt for awhile like he knew something was wrong too. So he gave it to me. I looked at it and seen that I had paid for my free queso. I asked him about it and he had no excuse but to say we just take a portion off not the whole price. I then said, don?t free means free. So I asked for My money back and he you will lose you free queso reward. Customer service is nonexistent in this restaurant. People need to learn what free means and know how to treat customers. And was not the friendliest person. This person could have fixed this but he chose not to. I will never go into that location again.
Stopped by Friday night 9/9/2022. Two guys working were awesome and handled the orders like champs. Didn?t complain pretty sure one or two people called in sick so they had to manage the store themselves. Food was great and they did a great job serving the customers while short staffed. Bravo. Much thanks.
