McDonald's - Grand Rapids

Their commitment to always giving me my food cold is amazing. On multiple occasions, I 've pulled up to the drive through and their opening greeting was what but I 've also pulled up before and heard the woman working the microphone, sounding like she was about to fight one of her co-workers and it wasn 't friendly banter. All that being said, it 's a McDonalds. I 'm not expecting great food or service. If you 're in the market for a cold Big Mac, this is the place to be.

I have been to this location a few times over the last few weeks for breakfast and every time it?s been rough. Service is slow and order confusion is always an issue. Today specifically, the employee taking our order was talking to another employee while we were ordering and kept asking us to repeat parts of our order. When we got to the payment window, our order was correct on the receipt but she read it back to us wrong creating more confusion. Upon seeing the receipt was correct (just two standard order, different sandwiches) and when we received our order we had two sandwiches in the bag we assumed it was okay, until we left and opened the wrappers to find the sandwiches not at all correct. It?s truly disappointing how this seems to be a trend the managers are just not addressing.

Food was cooked and provided to our car through the drive through quickly. The wait was not long, even though there were about 20 cars waiting in line.

I have stopped coming to this location. Every single time I came to this location something was wrong. I was either over charged, waited in line for an excessive amount of time, got the wrong order or was missing an item. To make things worse, in more than 3 occasions i was forgotten about. They had me pull off to the side and I waited for half hour until I finally asked Is my order almost ready? In all of these incidents they told me they had forgotten about me and my order. I 've never had a positive experience at this location and their staff is very unprofessional. This place doesn 't deserve a single star!

Meh...fries came out barely warm, no napkins in the bag. Usually the staff thanks you with have a nice day . Not today. They just confirmed my order, took my money, handed me a bag, and sent me on my way.
