McDonald's - Grand Rapids

Stopped by on a Saturday night at 9pm. Possibly one of the worst ran stores I have visited. Extremely slow and dirty.

Went in for breakfast on a Sunday morning and was met with the kindest staff and most welcoming atmosphere I've ever experienced at a McDonalds. The team running this place are awesome people.

America?s contributions to world cuisine are often mocked, but McDonald?s quarterly profits tell a different story.

You can tell by the fries the grease rarely gets changed. The buns are usually dry and hard like they're old or Been under a heat lamp, they slap massive amounts of condiments on sandwiches poorly put together. I highly recommend you go up to 12thStreet and Meighan. Much better all around.

COUNT YOUR CHANGE AT THE WINDOW! We were just shorted five dollars and had to argue with young punks running the place! We are in our sixties and driving a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe, obviously not hurting for five dollars, but treated like we werelying! I believe the cashier at the drive through did this intentionally and we are probably NOT the first people he?s lined hispockets with their change! In addition, The parking lot is crawling with crackheads!!! I would suggest have law enforcement outhere to keep the druggies under control. Someone needs to check the camera and see how much the punk cashiers are stealing!
