Fazoli's - Grand Rapids

I want to begin by mentioning how much I enjoy Fazoli's. I used to live in an area without one, so I would only get it when traveling through North Texas. I appreciate the reasonable prices and the quality of the food. However, there are a couple of issues I've encountered: the breadsticks are not always consistent, and the staff can be unfriendly at times. Additionally, the dining area can sometimes be in poor condition. Despite these concerns, I still find myself wanting to return every time.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and it was quite good for the price. The addition of breadsticks made the meal even better; they were soft and delicious, definitely deserving of a 5-star rating! I had a voucher, which made the cost worthwhile. I haven’t been here in years, and I’m really glad I decided to stop by.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive! Plus, the food is delicious! They even offer a keto option!

I haven't been here for years. You still have amazing bread sticks! The service was fast, polite and friendly! The food was really good. I enjoyed this late lunch with Dad!

The pasta dishes we ordered were great but more importantly the breadsticks were excellent as always! The drive through is getting rough thou! and speaker needs to be replaced... just a suggestion. Overall if you have at least 15 mins to wait for some hot yummy pasta easy place to go too!
