Biggby Downtown Gr - Grand Rapids

The Biggby in downtown Monroe is the absolute best spot on earth during winter.

The staff here is truly wonderful—helpful and friendly. The brothers are great as well. On cold days, their hot chocolate is a must-have. I also love the holiday decorations; they really add to the atmosphere. It's perfect for the winter!

This was my first visit to this unique Biggby Coffee location, and I had a great experience. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. They offered self-service with a thermal coffee carafe, which was straightforward and convenient. The coffee was fresh and customizable to my taste. Both the dining area and self-service section were clean and well-maintained. The staff was professional and friendly, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this place for a quick, quality coffee with a self-service option.

At 7 p.m. everyone on this layer was absolutely amazing. There was a problem with them accepting $100 bill and their credit card machine was not working. Instead of not ordering 3 drinks, we are friendly enough to give them to me for free and I have a free drink card. You didn't have to do this and I understood I had to change. I am really happy with these locations actions and I will continue to return. I've been here before and people are always so friendly. Thank you to the man in the gray sweater and the female checkout!

The staff is extremely friendly and they greet my dog with a pup cup every day.
