Biggby Coffee - Grand Rapids

Okay, so I used to work on a biggby in high school, so I know very well that it's going to the pump. I thought it was only ice cream while I drank my coffee. but then it was warm and I could say something was in it. I can't stand it, I'm seriously wondering how the workers in the world didn't realize what was in my cup? I usually never leave reviews, but how do they get young?

Ordered 2 iced drinks..one barely had ice the other had zero ice— ice had melted drink was not cold whatsoever when served. Workers disorganized verbally arguing about how to make the drink when to put ice in before/after the hot espresso yet still served the drinks poorly.

So they were filming a commercial when I went in and that was a very unique experience, lots of repetitive phrases being said but very entertaining as one of the people was an opera singer. Coffee was great and I don't know if it's a regular thing since this was my first visit to a Biggby but they asked me if I'd like an extra shot after I had paid which most places tack onto the bill, and just those little things can make a customer satisfaction level go up to a point where I'll skip the Starbucks and start frequenting Biggby.

I have been engulfing in my favorite Red Bull Creme Freezes as they have provided much relief from my recent sinus infection. This sweet treat has soothed my symptoms and been a relief from my sore throat. This is my favorite Bigby as they are service oriented, will make my drink specifically how I want and are professional while doing so. Thank you for being the sweet treat that I have been needing.

Surprisingly there is no ride through, but the service was great!
