Ato Sushi - Grand Rapids

What a delightful surprise! Upon entering, I noticed the counter where two chefs were skillfully making sushi and sashimi. My daughter and I chose a table on the left. The service was prompt, and we both ordered green tea. She opted for two sushi rolls, while I went for the sashimi box. The food, service, and ambiance were all fantastic, evoking memories of the sushi spots I loved during my travels abroad.

I will definitely return. I really loved the Bento Box meals and this charming, cozy spot. However, it is quite small, so be prepared to wait for a table if you visit during peak hours.

Fantastic $15 lunch choice! I haven't had the chance to try dinner yet, but both lunches I enjoyed here were delicious, quick, and generous in portion. The service is incredibly fast, and the staff at the sushi bar and in the restaurant is very courteous. I’ll definitely return!

Adorable restaurant with authentic Asian dishes. I had Teriyaki Salmon Bento Box and the part included Elan soup, steamed rice, salad, veggie and shrimp Tempoura, 4 pieces roll, and the salmon themselves. Yum yum!

Stopped in on an incredibly busy Saturday evening for dinner solo, wasn’t sure what to expect as the place is very small but definitely worth it! I ordered a good deal of different types of sushi rolls and wasn’t worried about what I was spending as I wanted a variety. They had some interesting spins on some rolls I’d never had before, and I loved them! I had an appetizer that I wasn’t crazy about, but I think I was more in the mood for sushi at that point anyways. Service was good, very crowded because of the size but I was in and out in a relatively quick amount of time with great food and good service.
