Contribuiți la feedbackService at Grand Prarie I20 location is horrible. Today me and my husband went in to eat and enjoy instead we were mistreated, forced to sit at a table in the back and when we opposed the seat, we were asked to leave rudely by the lady manager Kristen and Mike Madrano the managing partner/ franchisee. mike madrano bullied me,got in my face withon inches. i was afraid mike madrano was going to hit me or put his hands on me. he was until he saw my husband standing on the side. mike madrano thought i was a single black lady with no protection to be bullied and disrespected until i told him theres my husband..im a married woman. i told him to get out of my face! he backed up only when my husband stepped in and between him. mike madrano is abusive and unwelcoming to guests at texas roadhouse. he does not own the name texas rpadhouse, he is simply a franchisee! i called tx roadhouse customer service , and cust service confirmed mike is a franchisee and must adhere to great service towards customers just as every other franchisee! what happened was the hostess girl took us to a table in the back, i respectfully told her i rather sit upfront and dont want a seat at tbe back. the hostess went to the front kiosk and she was directed to take me to two other tables each one in table were in the back. i kept telling her we want a front table. there were 2 full rows of empty tables in the front, three booths had customers seated and a waiter serving them i noted. i told her i would lije this seat upfront, she ignored me and seated 2 white guys in the front area 2 boths down from the seat i requested. thats when i asked where was the manager! the manager immediately asked us to leave without attempting to accomodate us or ask whsts going on! while rudely asking us to leave..she said theres no waiter for that area...which was a total lie because the 2 white guys were just seated in that area! i explained that discrepancy to the managee. thats when mike madrano got into my face in a threatening, bullying, and intimidating manner telling us to leave. we didnt resist! we happily left, all while letting him know how horrible he and his staff treated us. we came there as guests/customers to eat and enjoy..not to be abused and disrespected by the franchisee and his staff! my plan is to post my experience about his restaurant all over social media to expose his character abd his staff! also my plan is to go on linked in and locate the ceo of texas roadhouse and share how we were mistreated. when we called back up to the restaraunt, we asked for the district manager phone number and info. the assistant manager told us that mike madrano is the owner and theres no other person he answers to! all lies, corporate verified there is a district manager in place that mike madrano answers to! this is not vindictiveness! bad behavior must be called out and stopped! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TEXAS ROADOUSE, AND WILL TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW VIA SOCIAL MEDIA HOW WE WERE TREATED ! THERE WAS A COUPLE THAT WAS LEAVING AFTER WE GOT KICKED OUT AND THEY SAID THEY WITNESSED EVERYTHING, AND THE STAFF WERE IN THE WRONG HOW THEY TREATED US!
Our waiter Josh was awesome! Super sweet and kind made our engagement dinner memorable.
Still cant cook a steak correctly. My rare steak . No flavor, dry, chewy etc. Maybe we will start trying Saltgrass.
The chicken critters (tenders) were perfectly cooked and delicious. Wife had the chicken breast and loved it but had to have a take out. Peanuts are back with bucket in a bag just don't throw them on the floor it is a slip hazard.
Awesome restaurant everything is fresh and the service was excellent Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
