Starbucks - Grand Prairie

The staff is always friendly and nice! My favorite choices are the matcha tea latte with oat milk and an iced black tea lemonade.

The Starbucks customer service standards have declined during the pandemic, as evidenced by having to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru only to wait another 7 minutes at the window for their coffee after the payment. This delay is unacceptable.

The staff at this restaurant was very pleasant. I accidentally spilled water on the floor while holding a baby, and they quickly cleaned up the mess. Their professionalism and kindness was greatly appreciated.

This morning was different for all tomorrow. I ordered a large white chocolate mocha on line for my morning coffee. Today I don't know if they have a new barista, but my coffee was less coffee today. it is all white chocolate mocha syrup and milk . what a disappointment. but overall they have been good with me for the last years. I hate to give them a 1 review, but I need to correct whatever mistakes, or that they can have done. loves this place and loves the people especially alex and ashley .

Bad customer service! We wait for our drink for over 25 minutes and staff still don’t give us the answer of when we will get our drink . Back up order is not an excuse . Very bad customer service
