Sonic Drive-in - Grand Prairie

This situation is slow and gets worse around the week. Today I waited for 45 minutes for a sandwich, a drink and an explosion. the drive thru seemed to move faster than the auto-hop point, but 45 minutes for quick eating is crazy. I pressed the red button after half an hour (I know that this place in the regular takes 20 minutes, which is why I waited for long to start) and they rudely told me that it comes out. 10 minutes later they come out and tell me that they did not have the ingredients for the explosion I ordered and were rude when they asked what I wanted to replace them. I understand that many places are close, but some of them were a rough visit.

Don't go to this sonic. I passed after work because I believed a maishand, and they refused to take my order. according to the girl in the Drive-Thru window, they only made online orders, and because they were soon closed, they didn't want to do anything. she was rude and unimaginable. I would rather do business with a device that at least tries to get a good customer service. not here. the management and the staff urgently need a remedial training.

I love sonics ice cream. but always when I went to this sonic, they never had it. I wondered if you ran out? or didn't she do it? she said we didn't make it. what a teufel. sonic is a drink stop-destination...how do they have no ice cream. humans are either lazy, restless or both nowadays.

Online via the app ordered. after 20 minutes waiting time I pressed the red button to ask for update. then they informed me that they didn't have the ingredients. did not want to come out and tell me? time and money.

Worst sonic ever after pulling into 3 different stalls that were all broken, I finally found one that worked and literally was asked to pull to a closer one.! Never heard of anything like that. Only ordered one drink,sat for 10 min and never came out (not to mention its was only 2 cars in the parking lot) when I pulled off to leave I saw the workers just sitting there talking.! Never going here again
